Capital Sport's core business has been to offer gentle cycling tours through cherry picked areas of England. The emphasis on gentle is because they don’t like you struggling up hills and want you to have time to explore the details and delights of the fascinating areas Capital Sport loves so much. The Cotswolds, the Kent coast, and the Thames River each offer a unique view of England, so packed with history and beautiful landscapes. Capital Sport knows them intimately and has designed tours to include their special features – be it a view, a hotel or a historic something.
Capital Sport's hallmarks are: gentle distances, handpicked accommodations, creative itineraries, personal attention, and a rich variety of history and landscape. Nearly all tours are self-guided with luggage transfers, easy to follow route directions, excellent maps with your route marked, quality bikes, a host to brief you and look after you, and an emergency call out service. Accommodations on tours varies according to your choice ranging from private houses and inns to four and five-star hotels.
Capital Sport is a family run business - enjoying help from delightful and enthusiastic colleagues and between them they have lived and cycled in all the areas where Capital Sport has tours. The routes you will ride have been created and honed by Capital Sport over a number of years.
