In April of 1998, Phillip Feliciano opened Cruiser Phil's Volcano Riders. Locally born and raised, he has over 20 years of experience leading tours down Haleakala. He has lead national park officials on tours for fact-finding missions and still goes up the mountain every once in a while. What sets them apart from other guided bicycle tour companies is their personnel. Family owned and operated, everyone is considered family. Phil is a very hands-on owner; he meets and greets groups to ensure quality service is provided. Crew members are nature and well trained.
