    Reservation Policy

    A deposit of €350 and signed reservation form are necessary to confirm a reservation. Full payment is due 60 days prior to departure via PayPal or wire transfer.

    Cancellation Policy

    There is a €50 handling fee for all cancellations. Deposits become non-refundable 60 days prior to the tour date. For cancellations received within 60 to 21 days prior to the tour date, Cycling Through The Centuries will refund half of the tour price (less the €350 deposit and €50 handling fee) and the other half will remain on account applicable for travel within a calendar year. There are no refunds for cancellations made within 21 days of the tour date.
