GardaOnBike is an active Italian company, founded by Carlo Argentieri who is the manager and lead guide, which consists in a experienced team of professional bike guides. GardaOnBike's great location is the Trentino district of Lake Garda, the biggest and nicest Italian lake, which is generally considered to be a real "bike heaven" in Europe.
GardaOnBike organizes all types of bike tours: epic freeriding, challenging cross country, relaxing bike trekking, adrenalic downhill and fantastic road cycling, too. GardaOnBike always accompanies clients on trips in order to offer them the possibility of enjoying the very best of this awesome country (trails, landscapes, monuments, culture, food, and people). Since GardaOnBike started with a great job (more than job, it is their great passion!), they are growing year by year, with a current fantastic team of eight guides who are very experienced, passionate and friendly. GardaOnBike works with tour operators and guests from all around the world, providing all needed services in order to offer the best bike vacation. They also organize the tour's plan and the guiding service.
GardaOnBike also creates customized guided tours for small groups of friends or even for individuals, team building bike experiences, and family tours on requests.

Payments Accepted
Reservation Policy
To book, send in a completed form and GardaOnBike will invoice you for the total cost less deposit paid. The booking is not accepted until the date on this invoice. Final payment must be made no later than 8 weeks before departure. GardaOnBike reserves the right to cancel your booking should payment be received late.
Cancellation Policy
On receiving written notice of your cancellation, you will be charged the following part of your tour cost as a cancellation fee: (excluding flights but including bike rental fees, single supplements and any additional payments) - More than 55 days - loss of deposit.
- 41-54 days - greater of deposit or 50%.
- 28-40 days - greater of deposit or 80%.
- 15-27 days - greater of deposit or 90%.
- Less than 15 days - 100%.
Insurance premiums are non-refundable. For any tour where the full payment is made on booking the charge made for cancellation more than 55 days prior to the tour is 50%.
Minimum Numbers: If the minimum number of clients for a tour, as shown on the website, is not reached by 6 weeks before departure, GardaOnBike reserves the right to cancel the tour and/or make significant modifications to the tour and/or make an extra charge of up to €150 to each person booked on the tour.
