    Reservation Policy

    Reservation for a trip with Lostende Tours is confirmed with receipt of $500 deposit per person per trip.

    Cancellation Policy

    Cancellations policy and refund: A $500 per person cancellation fee will be assessed when cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to trip start date. 50% of the full trip cost will be retained when cancellation is made 90 to 31 days prior to trip start date, and cancellations made within 30 days of trip start date will receive no refund.
