Reservation Policy
A 25% deposit is due at the time of booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to the trip.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits are fully refundable as long as cancellation is made at least 60 days prior to the trip. Maine Coast Bicycle Tours works with customers to ensure satisfaction in the case of emergency cancellations; generally, credit is given for another similar trip at a later date. A small adminstrative fee is charged in such cases.
