Tour de Spokes’ philosophy: "We want you to come as our guests and leave as our friends". Tour de Spokes goes the “extra mile” for guests, assuring you WILL leave as friends.
Tour de Spokes is a bicycle tour company that designs and executes bike tours in Europe according to individual wishes. They base trips on their motto that "life is a journey, so enjoy the ride!!” Bike tours are for meeting other people and experiencing the nature. Bike tours are definitely a different journey. They are purely individual and liven the spirit and the body. Finally, a bike tour is simply BEAUTIFUL!
What makes Tour de Spokes special and personal? - Tour de Spokes meets all guests at the beginning of the bicycle tour and often meets guests at the end of the tour as well.
- Guests will find not only an information package and a bicycle at the hotel where you begin the bike tour, but guests will experience personalized service. You will have a person with a face, a voice, and soul and answers to all your questions.
- Guests will experience more than just an information package, a bike and a luggage transfer. Tour de Spokes will send all the information that you will need to your home before your begin the bicycle tour so that you will have enough time at home to read all the information.
- Tour de Spokes guests are not limited to a certain amount of luggage.
- The "help line" for Tour de Spokes is always available for guests between 8:00am and 10:00pm. The help line is in English and help is more than just a voice on the phone. Tour de Spokes works with guests to find the best way to solve a problem that may arise.
- The tours in our descriptions, catalogs, flyers and website are SPECIAL and DESIGNED by Tour de Spokes. They do not resell bicycle tours. Only the boat-bike tour along the Danube River and the self-guided Danube River bike tour are from Tour de Spokes’ tour partner in Austria.
- You can begin a self-guided tour with Tour de Spokes on any day that fits within your schedule… not just a fixed date. However, if you’d prefer, Tour de Spokes does have a few guided tours that begin on a fixed date.
- Quality of trekking bicycles are from a well established German company that works on details and quality. Bicycles are equipped with the newest state of art equipment. Part of Tour de Spokes’ philosophy is that they want you “to enjoy the world from a seat of a bicycle", and with their bicycles you will have a perfect seat to enjoy the world!

Reservation Policy
A 200 Euro per person deposit is required. The final payment becomes payable 5 weeks prior to departure. You can pay in US dollars but the exchange rate of the official Euro of the day will apply.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel in writing at anytime before your bike tour begins. In case of cancellation the following will apply: Cancellation 35 days before your departure will result in a handling charge of 200 Euros. Cancellation of the bike tour from the 34th day to the 15th day prior to departure will result in a 40% penalty charge and cancellation from the 14th day to the beginning of the bike tour will result in a 60% penalty. If you do not begin the bike tour, there will be a 100% penalty.
