Utah Mountain Biking

    Reservation Policy

    If reservation is more than 30 days away, no deposit is required. However, a deposit of 50% is charged to your credit card at 30 days prior to departure. The balance is charged at 14 days prior to departure.

    Cancellation Policy

    If you cancel the trip:
    • More than 30 days prior to your scheduled departure, there is a $50 cancellation fee.
    • Between 30 days and 14 days prior to departure, you are charged 50% of the trip cost.
    • Less than 14 days prior to departure, there is no refund.
